VO INNOVATION COMPANY LIMITED would like to thank you for your confidence in choosing our products. To ensure your confidence in our product quality, the company is pleased to provide a warranty against product damage due to manufacturing defects for the period specified on the packaging, starting from the date of purchase, subject to the following terms and conditions.
Scope of Warranty
- This warranty covers only the damage of internal electrical circuits and electronic components caused by defects in the manufacturing process from the factory.
- During the warranty period, the company will repair or replace the product with a new one (at the company's discretion) free of charge for labor and parts.
- The warranty is valid only upon presentation of the original receipt or a fully completed warranty card.
- Warranty Exclusions This warranty does not cover the following cases:
- Damage caused by accidents, drops, impacts, breakage, or contact with any kind of liquid.
- Damage caused by improper use, exceeding the specified power rating (overload), improper connections, or use in unsuitable environments (e.g., extreme temperatures, high humidity).
- Damage caused by natural disasters such as fire, flood, lightning, or earthquake.
- Normal wear and tear from regular use, such as scratches, stains, color fading, or external damage to the product that does not affect its functionality.
- Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
- Damage caused by connecting to non-standard electrical equipment.
Claim Procedure
Please send the defective product along with proof of purchase (receipt) to the authorized dealer where you purchased the product, or contact our customer service center directly.
Remarks
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred when sending the product for service.
The company reserves the right to change the warranty conditions without prior notice.
The company's decision is final.
